  • How can I confirm that you have received my reservation?

    If you are booking through an online reservation system you will receive a confirmation email for your booking.

  • Cancellation policy

    Each reservation has its own cancellation policy, with conditions regarding refunds. Customers are responsible for reviewing the cancellation details while booking. If a customer cancels a non-refundable booking, they are not entitled to a refund.

  • Booking for other services and experiences

  • Check-In and Check-Out times

    Our Apartment Check-In is from 3 p.m. and Check-out is until 11 a.m.

  • Front desk operational hours

    Our reservations desk operates from 8am to 5pm on weekdays. During the weekend and public holidays, it is closed apart from a confirmed check-in. Should you wish to engage their services at any point, please do not hesitate to dial 0 while at the property.

  • When is housekeeping available?

    Our housekeeping maids are available from 10am till 5pm on weekdays and on the weekend the hours are flexible, should you wish to engage their services at any point, please do not hesitate to dial 0.

  • Who can stay in the rooms?

    The apartment rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and are mentioned in the security check form. Guests may have visitors in their rooms which must be registered at the Reception or with the security after hours. If there are outside visitor/s they are to leave the property by 10pm, no outside visitor is permitted to be on the Brijag Apartment property between 10pm to 8am. In the case of extended stay after 10pm, apartment will charge $75 FJD plus VAT per person per night.
